Our Training & Development Division empowers aspiring and existing farmers through virtual and physical training programs tailored for adults (18+). We specialize in Broiler Farming, Organic Crop Production, Agri Marketing Readiness, Sustainability, and Agroecology.

Programs are flexible, offered as one-day, 3–5 day physical workshops, or virtual courses lasting one week to one month. For young minds, we run a fun and interactive 3 day children’s course focused on regenerative agriculture and environmental stewardship.

Rooted in sustainability, our training goes beyond the classroom. Through strategic partnerships, we provide trainees with real-world exposure and continued hands-on experience, even after the program ends.
